01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 977bet platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 977bet. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all products and services available on 977bet, including sports betting, live casino, slots, account management and any mobile app or browser-based access. Using any part of the platform after these terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the 977bet platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

977bet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If a player cannot verify their age, the account may be restricted or closed and any relevant funds held pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

When you create an account on 977bet, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the 977bet platform at any time. If you have previously had an account closed due to a terms violation, you may not register again without prior approval. Duplicate accounts detected by the system will be closed and any balances may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication methods you have set up. Do not share your password with anyone. 977bet will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — whether by you or anyone else — is your responsibility.

04 Deposits

All deposits on the 977bet platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed on the platform at the time of deposit.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification to confirm account ownership.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Each offer comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings. General bonus rules that apply across all 977bet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real money is used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
• 977bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

07 Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify or reverse a bet once it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that specific sport and market.

• Winnings from bets are credited to your account balance automatically after settlement.

For cricket specifically — including PSL, bilateral T20 series and ICC tournaments — market-specific rules around rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments and player replacements are applied in line with standard industry practice. 08 Casino & Slots

The 977bet casino includes live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, game shows) and a library of over 1,000 slot titles. The following rules apply to casino and slots play:

• All casino games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by reputable third-party game studios.
• Malfunction of any casino game voids all related plays and any associated winnings from that malfunction.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment is processed.

13 Account Termination

You may close your 977bet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

977bet may suspend or permanently close your account if you breach these terms, if fraudulent activity is detected, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or if required to do so for security reasons. In cases of confirmed fraud or abuse, balances may be forfeited.

14 Limitation of Liability

The 977bet platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We will not be liable for losses caused by:

To the maximum extent permitted, 977bet's total liability to any player in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
